Manager, Financial Reporting

About the role

Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure financial data is accurate, complete and timely. Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, cashflow statements and statistical reports. Coordinate the annual budget cycle, including templates, departmental consolidation and management presentations. Support the external audit process and provide financial analysis for service agreements and cost optimisation. Maintain internal controls, SOPs and workflows, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation or management accounting
• Hands-on experience in month-end and year-end closing, variance analysis and management reporting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Experience in budget planning and coordination across multiple business units
