Lead technology and transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
Partner with operational users, technology teams and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions.

Requirements Degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline. Proven experience leading technology, digitalisation, automation or transformation initiatives in a complex operational environment. Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across operations, technology teams and external partners. Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into practical technology-enabled solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in fast-paced operational environments.
