Manager, Group Finance Governance and Performance

About the role

You will be the primary IT Finance Partner for SingHealth's Group Finance team, managing budgets, transfer pricing and financial reporting for major technology investments. You will work with the Group Chief Information Office and IT stakeholders to develop and monitor the annual Group IT budget, analyse total cost of ownership, and review cluster-level Transfer Price Keys for equitable cost allocation. You will coordinate quarterly reporting for major IT initiatives, validate billing calculations, support Digital Health Office budget tracking for AI spending, and review IT Spend reports. You will also help develop IT business processes, determine accounting treatments for IT expenditure, maintain IT finance guidelines, and support ad hoc feasibility studies and non-IT projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification
• Chartered Accountant preferred
• At least 6 years' experience in Accounting or Finance
• Prior experience in healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
