Manager, Market Development & Partnerships

About the role

You will develop, manage and grow a portfolio of strategic local, regional and global partnerships to boost brand visibility, drive revenue and expand market reach. You will identify and secure partnerships with corporations, financial institutions, travel and lifestyle brands, tourism organisations and conservation partners. You will create co-branded campaigns, sponsorship opportunities and commercial programmes, and lead the full partnership process from prospecting to account management. You will also analyse and report partnership performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, sponsorships, strategic alliances or commercial development
• Proven track record of developing, securing and growing strategic accounts or partnerships with measurable business outcomes
• Experience managing senior corporate stakeholders, preparing partnership proposals and negotiating commercial agreements
• Strong understanding of tourism, hospitality, attractions, lifestyle, travel, loyalty, financial services or destination marketing sectors
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
