Manager, Marketing Strategy & Performance

About the role

You will shape marketing strategies that drive customer growth and optimise marketing investment across 16 markets in APAC, Europe and Turkey. You will partner with senior leadership and local marketing teams to monitor performance, identify gaps and drive both immediate gains and long-term value. You will oversee marketing budgets and allocation through an ROI lens, and produce performance reports for C-level audiences. You will also lead high-priority growth initiatives and cross-functional projects involving senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, FMCG, investment banking or a high-growth tech environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with mastery of Excel and proficiency in SQL
• Proven ability to develop actionable strategies in complex environments
• Demonstrated success in managing or advising on growth strategies
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Pragmatic, hands-on team player
