Manager, Occupancy Planning and Management

About the role

You will lead the delivery of occupancy planning and management services to real estate clients, acting as a trusted advisor to the client and account team. Your main focus is planning and managing property portfolios, maximising space use, and supporting client migration and move plans. You will review, prepare and update project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand, current supply and capacity, and forecast inventory changes. You will also build relationships across JLL teams, manage and mentor a team, and create accurate planning reports to support corporate real estate decisions.

Requirements

• Strong relationship building, client focus and team leadership skills
• Experience managing and mentoring a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Ability to read and understand floorplans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management and organisational skills
