When
You will develop and execute alignment programs with TPM core teams and task force teams across the network to drive best-known-method alignment and standardisation. You will lead improvements in tool utilisation, speed, quality, cost and people, and measure the effectiveness of each program. You will also standardise practices and BKMs in process areas, lead global area alignment teams, and create a library of area-level BKMs. In addition, you will work with OCT TPM coordinators to train, coach and prioritise work for area TPM core teams, and deploy and sustain SEAL system BKMs. You will demonstrate leadership through active coaching, provide technical support, and communicate progress to site leadership and other stakeholders.
