About the role
You will lead the operations team for indoor attractions and experiences at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, ensuring smooth, safe and high-quality guest experiences across all touchpoints. The role works closely with departments such as Tech Services, Facilities Management and IT, and suits an experienced guest-facing supervisor who enjoys leading people and improving service standards.
What you'll do
Oversee the team and manage daily operations, including staff rostering and deployment at indoor attractions.
Ensure efficient and effective running of attractions and programmes.
Work closely with Tech Services, Facilities Management and IT to deliver experiences smoothly and safely.
Serve as the department's Safety Representative to ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols.
Interview, hire and train staff to maintain a healthy working pool.
Manage staff performance, development and growth.
Build and coach an effective and motivated team.
Establish and maintain team competencies in systems and service excellence processes.
Control costs by monitoring expenses, implementing cost-saving measures and optimising resource utilisation.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or equivalent
At least 5 to 8 years of experience in the attraction industry in a guest-facing supervisory role
Proven leadership and people management ability to manage and motivate staff
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude, resourceful, with a trail-blazer mentality and can-do spirit
Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet timelines
