Manager, Physical Security Enablement

About the role

Lead the delivery and integration of physical security programs across new data centre builds and expansion projects in Asia-Pacific. Work closely with design, construction, operations and security teams to ensure security requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. Provide oversight of security systems such as access control, video surveillance and intrusion detection, and manage vendor relationships. Lead a small regional team and act as an escalation point for security incidents and project risks. Regular travel across Asia is required.

Requirements

• Experience leading physical security programs in data centre, mission-critical, or high-security environments
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, commissioning, or infrastructure projects
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, construction, operations, and vendors
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
• Understanding of physical security systems and their deployment
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Asia
