When
You will join the Southeast Asia Business Development Finance team, working at the intersection of finance, strategy and business development. Your main duties include evaluating commercial opportunities with banks and financial institutions, building financial models, and assessing risk and return. You will design deal structures that support profitable growth and prepare business cases for senior stakeholders. You will also partner with legal teams to ensure agreements reflect approved financial structures, and support commercial negotiations with pricing recommendations. The role involves monitoring market trends and improving deal management and pricing practices across the region.
