About the role

You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Operational Technology projects, from procurement and implementation to maintenance and technology refresh. You will ensure compliance with governance and security requirements, manage vendors and contracts, and support operational readiness. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects successfully. The role supports Medical Device Operational Technology Systems and related systems across SingHealth.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in project management, IT infrastructure, operations, or systems service delivery
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management, and operational technology environments
• Experience in vendor, contract, and stakeholder management
• Strong planning, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
