Manager, Quality Management

About the role

You will report to the Assistant Director, Quality Management and help ensure Quality and Safety activities and processes are developed, implemented and evaluated to support patient care at SingHealth Polyclinics. Your duties include planning, organising and implementing Quality and Safety programmes, projects and activities. You will support Quality Assurance and Improvement initiatives and represent the department in committees, workgroups and meetings. You will also liaise with internal and external parties and provide administrative support for Clinical Governance and other programmes under the Quality Management Framework. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Good verbal and written English; fluency in other languages an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and a resourceful team player
• Strong interest in learning and professional growth
• Strong knowledge and experience in quality improvement and value-based healthcare
• Relevant experience in healthcare or quality-related field preferred
