Manager, Retail Media Projects & Performance

About the role

You will support the growth and performance of the Retail Media business across APAC and EU by combining performance management, market acceleration and project execution. Working with regional and local teams, you will track business performance, identify opportunities and risks, coordinate improvement actions, and support key regional initiatives. You will also manage selected Retail Media projects, translating regional priorities into clear plans and coordinating between markets and cross-functional teams. The role suits someone analytical, structured and execution-oriented who enjoys working across multiple markets and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in business performance, project management, commercial strategy, e-commerce, digital advertising, Retail Media or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with commercial and performance data
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Ability to translate analysis into clear actions and recommendations
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
