When
You will assist the Deputy Director or Assistant Director in overseeing the daily operations of the Business Office. Your duties include managing a team handling patient billing, ensuring timely processing of bills and resolving queries from patients and stakeholders. You will liaise with MOH, CPF Board, insurers and other authorities on health finance policy matters. You will also be responsible for timely claims submissions to third-party payors, resolving billing issues, and ensuring correct system setup for billing and collections. Additionally, you will support management with data analysis, reporting, and compliance, and provide supervision and training to your team.
