Lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives to advance patient safety and quality standards. Provide strategic oversight to the QI team, manage the QI portfolio, and ensure alignment with institutional priorities. Oversee the Ensure Safer System programme, including planning and facilitating tracer audits and reporting to authorities. Analyse audit findings, lead root cause analysis, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Build internal capability in QI methodologies and foster partnerships for knowledge exchange.
