Manager/Senior Manager, Product Designer

About the role

Lead end-to-end design across the Ranger Buddies ecosystem, covering mobile, web, physical and hybrid experiences. Design age-appropriate, engaging experiences for children and families that balance educational value, usability and delight. Drive UX processes from discovery to delivery, including user flows, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design and usability testing. Plan and run usability tests, turning insights into design iterations and deliverables such as personas, journey maps, storyboards, system maps, flows and prototypes. Collaborate with product, engineering, content and business teams to shape product direction and delivery, and present design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, interaction design or related fields
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and shipped digital products or physical experiences
• Experience designing consumer-facing products, both digital and physical, especially for families, education, gaming, media or engagement-driven platforms
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design
• Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive user experiences
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently driving initiatives forward
