Lead future-state design for planning workflows, approvals, compliance processes and enterprise data flows.
Translate policy and regulatory requirements into system capabilities aligned with public-sector governance.
Drive adoption of digital tools that improve planning insights, operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems on sovereign cloud, ensuring compliance with government security and data policies.
Manage multi-year transformation programmes covering planning systems, corporate applications and cross-agency integrations.
Lead Agile or hybrid Agile delivery with predictable execution and transparent reporting to senior leadership.
Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and government partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
