Manager, Shops Acquisition Strategy

About the role

You will own and drive the acquisition growth strategy for the shops business across multiple markets. You will analyse market coverage, competition, pricing and offers to shape strategies for different markets. You will work closely with local teams to implement the strategy consistently across countries. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and use data analysis to identify opportunities and track performance. You will also support local teams in integrating data-driven insights into their plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or process improvement in a multi-country or regional role
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
