You will act as the primary technical advisor and solution designer for the loyalty sales team, covering issuer loyalty products across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will lead product demos, client technical discovery, and provide technical responses to RFIs and RFPs. You will design and document effective solutions, identify integration points, and coordinate stakeholder alignment on proposed technical solutions. You will also ensure a smooth handoff from pre-sales to delivery and partner with product teams to share customer insights and inform the product roadmap.
