Manager, Vendor Health and Engagement

About the role

You will drive the end-to-end vendor operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. You will partner with local and regional commercial teams to improve vendor health, efficiency, and satisfaction. You will collaborate with local markets to tailor performance strategies for vendor onboarding, retention, and engagement. You will analyse key performance metrics to identify underperforming vendors and develop rehabilitation plans. You will work with product teams to balance ad revenue, vendor experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or strategy-related roles, vendor operations/onboarding, performance management, or program management
• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, FMCG, or technology preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Proven expertise in vendor performance management
• Highly analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
