About the role

You will support the Manufacturing Services Leader at the Fan Blade Singapore Facility, coordinating service lines at plant and cell level so that the organisation's goals are met. The role centres on managing external service provider partnerships and improving cell and machine performance, and it suits an engineer with a reliability and asset management background.

What you'll do

Work with the designated in-charge to deliver Manufacturing Services objectives
Coordinate assigned parts of external service provider partnerships to meet business needs and company standards
Carry out data analysis and spot opportunities to improve cell and machine performance
Support implementation of Health & Safety standards, possibly as Responsible Person or Assistant RP for specified activities

Develop framework contracts and Service Level Agreements for external service providers

Coach and lead maintenance work for a team of technicians, and plan and execute manufacturing services activities

Take part in quality control so manufacturing services practices meet internal benchmarks and external regulations or certifications

Hold secondary appointments across Manufacturing Services lines, including Fixture Care, Material Revert, Energy Management, Calibration, Engineering Inspections, Fluid Management and Property Risk improvement plans

Liaise with other MSEs to deliver objectives across the whole of Manufacturing Services

Use predictive and non-destructive testing methods to find and isolate reliability problems before unplanned breakdowns

Apply data analysis techniques such as SPC, reliability modelling and prediction, RCA and FRACAS

Act as system administrator for Maximo, Gage In site and the Statutory Inspection Database, keeping manufacturing equipment records and maintenance activities

May be asked to complete an online assessment with cognitive and behavioural aptitude testing as part of the selection process

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Aerospace Engineering
Proven track record in asset management and reliability maintenance
Experience managing people and continuous improvement projects
Systematic problem-solving for equipment troubleshooting and operational support issues
Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
Familiar with industry regulations, best practices and maintenance management fundamentals such as TPM and RCM
