About the role

This internship supports the marketing and communications team of a luxury watch manufacture in Singapore, covering client experience, trade marketing, events, PR and admin. It suits a detail-oriented student or fresh graduate keen on luxury brand marketing.

What you'll do

Help roll out the regional clienteling plan, including gifting and client treatment
Build and follow up on CRM campaigns such as e-cards, emails, events and retail activations
Assist with CRM and retail operations tasks
Run regular boutique client experience programming
Coordinate ad-hoc projects
Help organise and run brand events, covering logistics, ideas and vendor sourcing

Support annual POSM ordering, inventory, logistics and regional reporting

Assist with visual merchandising topics such as POSM and lightbox rollout and report compilation

Support local production of gifting collaterals, including vendor sourcing and negotiation

Monitor and analyse PR coverage via the DMR platform, including competitor analysis

Help arrange photoshoots and provide on-site support

Assist with media post-buy reports and post-event clippings reports

Support local PR activations such as press events and gifting, including delivery arrangements

Handle media enquiries and keep the press list updated

Manage the brand asset library, including downloading imagery and videos

Provide admin support: vendor creation, PO creation, invoice processing and payment tracking
