About the role

Join the IWC marketing team at Richemont, a global luxury group, for a six-month internship supporting CRM and events across Southeast Asia and Australia. You'll work with boutique teams on client campaigns and event coordination, so it suits a hands-on, organised student or recent graduate who enjoys detail-heavy work in a luxury setting.

What you'll do

Support the creation of CRM activations and clienteling campaigns that drive sales in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia
Help source, organise and distribute customer gifts for key calendar moments such as Mid-Autumn Festival, the holiday season and Chinese New Year
Share gifting materials and instructions clearly and engagingly with boutique teams

Support the conceptualisation and coordination of events in Southeast Asia, including boutique activations, seasonal activations and ad hoc events for top customers and KOLs

Provide onsite event support such as setup, attendance taking and F&B coordination

Help consolidate post-event information including attendance, return on investment and photos

Requirements

University degree in Business and/or Hospitality management
Hands-on and able to work independently
Very organised and quick to react
Strong attention to detail
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
Interest in luxury and watchmaking is a plus
