Lead a team of about six controls testing professionals responsible for control assessment planning and execution for Markets controls. Design and run control assessment processes, report results, and share insights on Compliance and Operational Risks. Approve assessment procedures, resolve escalations, and own Internal Audit and issue management actions. Engage senior managers at Director or Managing Director levels and represent control testing in Operational Risk Forums. Drive continuous improvement in accuracy, efficiency, timeliness and quality of control design assessment testing.
