Join the Paiza Butler team at Marina Bay Sands, delivering personalised service to guests in the Paiza and Paiza Royal Collections from pre-arrival through to departure. This early career talent programme suits diploma or degree holders with under two years of full-time experience who want to grow into junior leadership. You will work alongside experienced butlers to create seamless, memorable stays.

Manage the butler service desk and pre-arrival arrangements
Handle smooth check-in and arrival processes
Provide personalised in-house services throughout the stay
Coordinate special requests and suite preparations
Arrange dining experiences and transportation
Oversee all aspects of the guest journey from arrival to departure
Anticipate guest needs through attentive listening and observation
Create meaningful interactions with guests
Work across functions such as front office, housekeeping, concierge, reservations, food and beverage, and facilities
Maintain Forbes 5-star service standards

Requirements

Diploma or degree holder in any discipline, or final-year student able to start upon graduation
Less than 2 years of full-time work experience
Ambitious and forward-thinking with leadership potential and a growth mindset
Collaborative and confident in dynamic team environments
Curious and adaptable, willing to learn across diverse functions
Driven by excellence and takes pride in delivering exceptional service
