When
Perform routine genetic testing and apply test principles when carrying out assigned tests. Carry out basic result analysis and interpretation, and optimise or validate tests to improve performance when needed. Monitor quality control, maintain documentation, and keep equipment, inventory and supplies in good order for daily operations. Follow safety and infection control policies, use appropriate PPE, and identify and resolve immediate risks of harm. Communicate with clients on test orders and report status, and take part in mass casualty activation protocols and relevant talks or conferences.
