You will lead 3D NAND technology pathfinding and process integration within the Advanced NAND Technology team in Singapore. The role covers end-to-end development from concept through validation, including learning vehicles, characterisation and technical debugging. You will define and optimise module and process architecture such as electrical targets, process flows and design rules. You will also work with Device, Probe, Test, Design and Operations teams to drive performance and yield learning. The position applies data-driven, AI-assisted and model-based methods to resolve complex scaling challenges.
