MEP Regional Programme Manager

About the role

Support the review of real estate project documentation such as contracts, leases, surveys and drawings. Help define project requirements covering scope, cost, schedule, quality and performance, and prepare execution plans, budgets and risk inputs. Track budgets and spending, and identify cost optimisation opportunities. Work with project and facilities teams on procurement, vendor coordination and delivery efficiency. Monitor quality, safety, health and environmental compliance, and support sourcing of delivery partners, RFP processes and bid evaluations. Prepare project communications, reports and documentation, and track progress against approved plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
• 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering, MEP, construction or real estate project environments
• Familiarity with local construction practices, codes and permitting processes
• Basic working knowledge of CAD and project planning tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
