About the role

A strategic role leading merchandise planning for the Pedro brand across Singapore retail and e-commerce channels. You will drive a unified inventory approach that keeps stock flowing between physical stores and online, using analytics to shape assortment and pricing decisions. Suits an experienced planner who enjoys working with data and wants to influence how a fashion brand manages its product lifecycle.

What you'll do

Develop seasonal sales and open-to-buy plans covering both retail and e-commerce
Build separate demand forecasting models for retail shoppers and online customers
Align demand forecasts with inventory levels to improve turnover and reduce excess stock and carrying costs
Create and maintain reports and Power BI or Excel dashboards for management decisions

Run independent gap and opportunity audits across categories to spot weak segments and emerging trends

Lead the core repeat assortment strategy so high-velocity staples stay available while slow-moving items are phased out

Prioritise inventory for Singapore retail and key online markets based on local demand and digital growth

Design dynamic pricing and margin frameworks across the product lifespan for retail and online markets

Review promotional events and markdown cycles to assess price elasticity and improve future clearance pricing

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail & Online Merchandising or a related field
At least 8 years of relevant experience
Proficient with Office 365 tools, especially Excel and Power BI
Advanced sales data analysis skills for demand forecasting
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Expertise in assortment planning and market research
