When
You will support metrology and real-time defect analysis operations in a semiconductor fabrication environment. Your duties include performing measurement activities, operating inspection and metrology tools, and collecting defect data for engineer review. You will monitor processes using SPC charts, follow sampling plans, and escalate abnormalities promptly. You will also assist engineers with defect investigations, perform basic troubleshooting, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on tools. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement projects and maintain compliance with operational procedures.
