About the role

You will provide customer service to patients at NHG Diagnostics centres and mobile fleets. Your duties include registering patients, scheduling appointments, handling queries, collecting payments and billing, and other administrative tasks. You will report to the Laboratory or Radiographer In-Charge. You may need to travel and work weekends when assigned to projects.

Requirements

Diploma, Higher/Nitec qualification or GCE A/O/N level
Customer service or healthcare experience is an advantage
Positive thinker and team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate and willing to learn
Willing to travel and work weekends when assigned
