You will be responsible for all patient care activities in the ward, ensuring care is high quality, safe and cost-efficient. You will supervise nurses' clinical work and make sure professional standards and codes of ethics are upheld. You will also manage ward resources so that operations run smoothly. Shift work is required and you may be deployed across two work sites under SingHealth Community Hospitals.
