You will be responsible for the smooth operation of all nursing activities in the assigned polyclinic. You will uphold professional standards and ensure staff compliance with infection control practices. You will conduct staff performance appraisals, oversee the professional development of nurses and manage the utilisation of resources. You will also resolve public relations issues, provide service recovery and collaborate with departments and community partners to facilitate care delivery.
