Join the Office Leasing Advisory team to support landlord consultancy and tenant representation work. You will assist with pre-transaction consultancy, leasing strategy and transactional advice. On the tenant side, you will help with workplace studies, market research, evaluation and shortlisting of options, lease negotiation and execution. You will work closely with the team while also chasing your own leads to help grow market share in Singapore. This role suits a fresh graduate or someone with less than a year of working experience.
