Ensure trainees get timely briefings, meals, uniforms, accoutrements, accommodation and other logistics, enforce orders and standards, handle welfare and disciplinary cases fairly, and keep pre-course, in-course and post-course administration accurate.
Maintain readiness, security and serviceability of classrooms, barracks, ranges, simulation environments, training aids and digital systems, optimise utilisation and spending, and keep contingency arrangements for disruptions or emergencies.
Engage operational leaders, the Commander's Office, Police and regulators, accreditation bodies and external partners to align training demand, standards, capacity, certification timelines and improvement priorities.
Work with curriculum and instructional design teams to create, review and update programmes based on operational lessons, regulatory changes, risk trends and learner performance, and champion blended, simulation-based and data-informed learning.
