About the role
Join a global banking team in Singapore as a Recovery Collections Analyst, working within the collections and default operations group. The role suits someone analytical and organised who can negotiate with clients, assess risk and help customers manage their debt obligations. It is open to both experienced collections professionals and those without prior experience.
What you'll do
- Negotiate with customers to resolve delinquency issues and offer financial solutions such as rewrite or settlement programmes
- Document calls and analyse customer problems using computer software to seek resolution
- Use available tools and technology to influence customer behaviour within established procedures
- Ensure proper collection actions, including initiating legal actions and liaising with lawyers for backend collections
