About the role
Join Citi's Global Wealth team in Singapore as a Recovery Collections Analyst, working within the collections and recovery function. You will help customers manage their debt obligations while balancing recovery targets and a positive client experience. This role suits someone analytical, organised and comfortable negotiating with clients.
What you'll do
- Negotiate with customers to resolve delinquency issues and offer suitable financial solutions such as rewrite or settlement programmes.
- Document calls and analyse customer problems using computer software to find resolutions.
- Use available tools and technology to influence customer behaviour in line with established procedures.
- Take proper collection actions, including initiating legal action and liaising with lawyers for backend collections.
