Operation Executive - Expression of Interest

About the role

You will oversee daily cleaning operations on-site, making sure cleaning staff perform their duties well and maintain high cleaning standards. You will review staff performance, adjust cleaning schedules, and communicate regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction. The role includes daily site inspections and weekly night spot checks to uphold cleanliness standards. You will also guide cleaning supervisors, track cleaning consumables and inventory within budget, and assist the Cleaning Manager with tasks. You may need to drive the company van and help with hands-on cleaning such as carpet cleaning and marble polishing when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Operations, Hospitality, or related fields
• Prior experience in a cleaning company or cleaning services industry
• Strong leadership skills to supervise and guide cleaning staff
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Able to conduct site inspections and occasional night spot checks
• Valid Class 3 driving license (advantage)
