You will drive continuous improvement across Ocean Operations by embedding The Maersk Way and the Maersk Operating System. You will lead improvement initiatives, identify and eliminate process waste, and ensure best practices are shared across areas and regions. You will use data insights to spot opportunities and support decision-making, and coach teams on problem solving and Kaizen practices. You will also ensure improvements are built into daily routines and that global and local standards are followed.
