About the role

This role supports the catering operations team at the Inflight Catering Centre, keeping oven racks, trolleys and meal items moving between areas so airline catering runs on schedule. It suits someone who is comfortable on their feet, works well in a diverse team, and can follow food safety and hygiene procedures closely.

What you'll do

Collect transit trolleys and empty oven racks from clean areas, checking quantities and that they are clean and in good condition
Move oven sleeves between thawing and oven racks according to airline requirements
Load filled oven racks onto transit trolleys and hand them over to other departments
Record and submit food safety compliance documents

Keep necessary items replenished and available for ongoing operations

Remove meals that no longer meet quality standards when flagged by the system

Carry out basic troubleshooting or manual recovery when the system flags an error

Keep the work area tidy and maintain hygiene, safety and health standards

6-day work week on rotating shifts

Requirements

Able to work in a multi-cultural team
Able to lift catering materials weighing up to 15 kg
Able to read and speak English to use PC and computer systems and liaise with stakeholders
Comfortable with a 6-day work week on rotating shifts
