When
You will maintain warehouse management system records for inbound, outbound and import/export shipments, and keep daily inventory and location plans accurate. You will coordinate transport, delivery and collection of vehicles, and communicate with customers on orders and event arrangements. You will prepare shipping documents, permits and defect reports, and handle billing checks and monthly financial projections. You will also support ISO audits, SOP compliance, safety and 5S standards, monthly cycle counts and stock takes, and act as a first aider. Ad-hoc coordination support is expected to keep team operations running smoothly.
