Operations Executive

About the role

You will oversee international and domestic shipment monitoring to keep logistics activities moving on time across the supply chain. You will track shipments against operational milestones such as pickup, departure, customs clearance, transshipment, arrival, warehouse processing and final delivery. You will identify delays and risks early, escalate to the relevant teams, and coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal stakeholders to resolve issues. You will also update shipment milestones in the systems, prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, and monitor compliance with SLAs and KPIs. You may recommend process improvements to boost shipment visibility and on-time delivery performance.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE qualification and above
• Experience in logistics, shipment tracking or supply chain operations is an advantage
• Good communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI and Google Sheets knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities
