When
You will handle daily processing of taxi and private hire vehicle rentals to grow the revenue fleet. You will submit driver details to authorities for summons matters and manage driver incentives and rebate payouts. You will work with different teams to ensure smooth hirer onboarding, including vehicle collection and ZIG platform setup. You will also review and propose improvements to operations processes using automation and AI, and support testing of internal fleet management system enhancements. You will monitor and follow up on driver enquiries via email, calls, and walk-ins, and handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
