Operations Specialist, Asset Services, Asset Transfer Validation

About the role

You will handle pre-processing checks for client-related payments before they are processed by the Remittance team. You will also perform callback verification on asset transfers and static updates. You will carry out end-of-day control checks and ensure all processing tasks are completed. You will resolve queries from the business within the expected timeframe or escalate them. You will also identify control gaps and work with the team to improve processes.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Private Bank Operations, especially in Remittances, Callback or Client Service
• Tertiary education with a good academic track record
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English is essential
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Client-oriented mindset
