Operations Support [FLO FLC]

About the role

You will liaise with customers and the operations team on order fulfilment, inventory and shipment activities. You will coordinate with customers to resolve operational issues and share feedback on their orders. You will prepare KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers on time. You will verify vendor invoices, follow up on discrepancies, monitor warehouse supplies and raise purchase orders for replenishment. You will also keep system transactions accurate and up to date, and support urgent order fulfilment with customers, operations and transporters.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Logistics, Transportation or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant logistics experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and WMS/Exceed System
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a team in a fast-paced, pressured environment
• Positive attitude and a good team player
