Operations Team Lead – Intrabank Transactions

About the role

Manage the Financial Team and ensure accurate, timely operational delivery across all products within agreed service levels. Escalate operational, regulatory and other risks to the Section Head of Channel Operations. Develop and implement mitigation or control solutions in your area of responsibility. Partner with business units and technology teams on new processes and systems, including requirements gathering and system testing. Ensure compliance with group policies and regulations, and keep the operational manual updated.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from a recognised university or institution
• Minimum 8 years' experience in back office or branch operations in banking
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing an operations team
• Strong knowledge of banking regulatory requirements and financial transaction processing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
