About the role

You will oversee the strategic running of Ginger Lily, the lobby lounge and bar at Hilton Singapore Orchard, guiding daily floor operations and raising service standards. This role suits an experienced F&B or hotel manager who enjoys leading a team and being visible on the floor during busy periods.

What you'll do

Be a hands-on presence on the restaurant floor during peak hours, making sure brand standards and SOPs are followed

Handle guest feedback quickly, anticipate guest needs and drive ongoing improvements from that feedback

Keep the outlet clean, safe and welcoming by enforcing health, safety and hygiene standards

Lead shift briefings, handovers and floor coordination with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office and Engineering

Prepare shift rosters and manage operational resources based on business volume, hotel occupancy and special events

Encourage a sales culture, follow up group business leads and help manage departmental costs

Support interviewing, hiring, structured orientation and ongoing SOP training for new team members

Mentor team members, assess performance and build a motivated, high-performing team

Keep the team aligned on departmental goals, promotions and hotel news through regular briefings

2-4 years in a managerial position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
Good written and verbal English for business needs
Motivated, committed and eager to learn new skills
Flexible and able to respond positively to changing requirements

Guest-oriented with the ability to build and exceed service standards
