Partnerships Manager APAC

About the role

You will own and grow Wise's consumer partnership strategy across APAC, helping internationally-minded customers discover and use Wise. You will identify, negotiate and launch partnerships in markets such as Singapore, Malaysia and Australia, working with brand, growth, legal and product teams. You will track performance metrics, optimise existing partnerships and share market insights with regional and global teams. This is a hands-on role with high autonomy in a fast-growing region.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing, negotiating and executing partnerships with measurable commercial outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen in structuring and closing deals
• Strategic yet hands-on, able to take ideas from concept to launch
• Strong relationship builder with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to shape strategy
• Culturally adaptable across different markets
