About the role

You will join the Premium Passenger Services team within the airport operations side of the airline's customer services division. The role centres on the daily running of the flagship SilverKris Lounge and delivering First Class standard service to premium travellers. It suits someone with a strong service mindset who enjoys working in a fast-moving airport team.

What you'll do

Keep the SilverKris Lounge and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge running smoothly
Give personalised service and help to premium passengers in both lounges and other airport areas
Handle and settle escalated passenger complaints
Carry out backroom tasks such as tracking flights and coordinating with traffic staff
Supervise, coach and monitor staff on operational matters so lounge duties are done efficiently as a team
Coordinate with the SIN Hub on flight delays and special handling
Meet and escort VIPs to and from the SilverKris Lounge
Maintain good housekeeping in the lounges
Provide administrative support
Take on any other duties assigned

Good to know

Shift work is required, including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays

Requirements

NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
Fluent in English and a second language such as Chinese, French, German, Italian or Korean for serving international customers
IT proficiency, for example MS Office
Front-line customer service experience preferred
Able to work shift duties and show initiative
