Provide basic nursing and patient care in the radiology department, including preparing patients for procedures and setting up the imaging room and equipment. Assist radiographers and radiologists during procedures and communicate clearly with patients and their relatives. Follow strict infection control measures and maintain good hand hygiene. Help schedule imaging procedures and advise patients and the public on necessary preparation. Keep the assigned work area clean and assist in transferring patients to and from the imaging facility.
